Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Silver Cherry ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Additionally, Silver Cherry ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and all other international locations.
You may exchange merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date for anything of equal or greater value as long as the item is in new condition. To initiate an exchange, please call or email.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once the item you would like like to eschange has been received, I will verify it is in new condition and ship the new item within 3-5 business days. Silver Cherry is not responsible for return packages lost in the mail. Please consider using a traceable shipping method to ensure it arrives.
